Website Terms
These terms govern your use of the Rovefold Travel Blog. They do not replace the separate terms that apply when you buy a Rovefold product or itinerary.
1. Operator and acceptance
The blog is operated by Martin Zbořil, Smrková 194/3, Strašín, 251 01 Říčany, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 07520301, not registered for VAT, trading as Rovefold. Contact: support@rovefold.com.
By using the blog you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
2. Blog information is not a booking service
Articles, maps, route ideas, estimates and opinions are general travel information. Conditions change: borders, visas, permits, transport, prices, opening hours, weather, safety and accessibility may differ by the time you travel. Check current information with official authorities and relevant providers before making a decision.
You remain responsible for your itinerary, documents, insurance, health advice, bookings and personal safety. Nothing on the blog is medical, legal, immigration, financial or professional safety advice.
3. Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless stated otherwise, Rovefold owns or licenses the blog’s text, photography, graphics, branding and arrangement. You may view the blog and save a reasonable copy for personal, non-commercial trip planning.
You may not republish substantial content, remove credits, sell or scrape the material at scale, train a commercial dataset from it, or imply Rovefold endorsement without prior written permission. Lawful quotation, linking and statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
4. Third-party links, affiliate and sponsored content
Links can lead to independent transport operators, accommodation providers, public authorities, shops or other websites. We do not control their availability, terms, security, prices or performance.
An article will clearly disclose when it is sponsored or contains an affiliate link. If you use an affiliate link, Rovefold may receive a commission without increasing the stated price to you. Editorial opinions are not purchased unless a disclosure explicitly says otherwise.
5. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the blog useful and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every statement remains current. To the extent permitted by law, Rovefold is not liable for indirect loss arising from reliance on general travel content or the acts of third-party providers.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or rights that consumers cannot waive.
6. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the blog, bypass access controls, submit unlawful or harmful material, probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation, overload the service, impersonate another person or use automated access in a way that materially harms the service or other visitors.
We may restrict abusive access and preserve relevant evidence where reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
7. Privacy, changes and governing law
Use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
We may update these terms for legal, operational or editorial reasons. The version and effective date above identify the current terms. Czech law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection available in their country of residence.
If you are an EU consumer and a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, or use its alternative dispute resolution information. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable procedural law remain available.
